Same room, same camera position, same walls and windows. Only the contents change.

The scale problem

A tall, empty room is impossible to judge. Furniture at true size is the only thing that tells a viewer how large this actually is.

Giving a blank room a purpose

Bare parquet and two windows could be anything. Visualised, it's obviously a family living room — and the ceiling height finally reads.

Showing where the zones are

An empty open-plan shell doesn't tell you where the kitchen ends and the living area begins. Visualised, the layout explains itself.

"Does a double actually fit?"

The single most common question about a second bedroom. A bed drawn at true size answers it before anyone has to ask.

An empty shell at the top of the market

Expensive materials photograph as blank surfaces. Visualising gives a buyer the reference points to recognise what they're looking at.

Proving outdoor space is usable

A narrow balcony reads as a ledge until you see two chairs and a table on it. Then it's a feature worth paying for.

A tired floor, shown as a tenant could use it

Commercial space is the hardest of all to imagine. Showing a plausible fit-out lets a prospective tenant picture their own team in it.

When the property isn't empty

A lived-in room full of someone else's things is distracting. We can show the same room decluttered so a viewer sees the space, not the stuff.
