Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Cove Interior you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

The service

Cove Interior provides AI-generated interior design renders based on photos and instructions submitted by the customer. All renders are reviewed by our team before delivery. Results are photorealistic concepts intended to visualise a design direction — they are not architectural plans or construction documents.

Ordering and payment

• All prices are in Euros and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Production begins after payment is confirmed
• By paying you confirm you have the right to share the photos submitted

Delivery

• Basic orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment
• Standard and Premium orders within 24 hours, Premium priority within 12 hours
• Rush Delivery add-on guarantees delivery within 6 hours
• Delivery times begin once we receive your room photos and project brief
• We will notify you if delays occur due to exceptional circumstances

Revisions

• Basic: no revision round included — we aim to nail it first time
• Standard: 1 revision round included
• Premium: 2 revision rounds included
• A revision means adjustments to the same render based on your feedback. It does not mean a completely new render in a different style
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be purchased separately

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your render we will always work with you to find a solution — your money is never just gone.

Refunds

Because our service involves custom creative work, we do not offer refunds once a render has been delivered. If you are unhappy with the result, we will use your included revision rounds to address your feedback. If you believe there has been a genuine error on our part, please contact us and we will resolve it fairly.

Portfolio use

We may wish to use your before/after render in our portfolio and marketing materials. We will always ask for your explicit permission before doing so. You can decline at any time and we will not use your images without consent.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use your render for personal or commercial purposes. Cove Interior retains the right to use renders in our portfolio with your permission. You may not resell renders as your own original design work.

Limitation of liability

Cove Interior's renders are visual concepts only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the renders, including purchasing, renovation or construction decisions. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. For EU customers, applicable EU consumer protection laws also apply.
